To celebrate the launch of Jacinta Price’s debut  album DRY RIVER, she will be performing a FREE concert at the Old Telegraph Station in Alice Springs on Thursday 21 November.  Jacinta will be playing the complete set of songs from her new album, supported by her full band, including Colin Lillie and legendary country musician Bill Chambers. CAAMA Radio 100.5FM will be broadcasting the concert live from the site.

The launch will be on the banks of the Todd River, the source of inspiration for this debut album –

“My life has been spent with many a day and night camped, playing, swimming, dreaming, buried, escaping, loving, freeing myself and being inspired in riverbeds throughout Central Australia’s arid and desert landscapes. I’ve grown up in a town with a riverbed that runs through it – sometimes it’s running with life-giving rain water, otherwise it’s dry – but that  water  still  runs  deep. It’s a river of dreams”. – Jacinta Price

This free concert is a way for Jacinta to include her hometown and thank them for supporting her this far in her career. So bring your deck-chairs and picnic blankets to this family-friendly, alcohol-free event.

Jacinta’s debut album DRY RIVER will be on sale at the launch, for the special price of $20.
